predominantly doing our business on pre-order base. The lead time is around 2 to
4 weeks subject to the shipping arrangement.

For Peninsular Malaysia, we are using
skynet courier service.It normally takes 1 to 3 days to reach you.
For East Malaysia, we send out either by
e-parcel or poslaju. It normally takes 7 to 14 working days to reach you if you
choose e-parcel service. Poslaju takes 2 or 3 working days.

Returns
Returns only can be accepted due to
manufactured faulty of our product or item wrongly placed. All returns should be
sent to the following address with a Short Note stating your order no, the item
code and return reason.
We would not accept the return request due
to the color is not match your imagination, a little dot, little dirty, gum or
other.

Receiving Goods
